As every year, in collaboration with the City Council of Oiartzun, the foundation Gipuzkoako Parketxe Sarea has organized the Arditurri Day.

SEE POSTER (IN BASQUE)

The event will take place on July 13, Sunday, and the activities will start at 10:30 in the morning. From that time, until 14:00 noon, there will be free visits to the main mine of Arditurri. But not only that, as visitors will be able to access the Roman mining gallery Arditurri-3, which is only open once or twice a year (only for those over 14 years old).
From 11 a.m. onwards there will be games and workshops by the Abaraxka ludoteca for the youngest visitors. At the same time there will be a fossil workshop organized by Luberri for all ages.

At 11:30 a.m. there will be an exhibition of euskal makila (wrestling) offered by the Oiartzun association that is in charge of the conservation and recovery of this heritage.

At 12:15 p.m. there will be a bird liberation, that is to say, the work being done at the Basabizi center of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa to collect, cure and recover the fauna will be made known, as well as the possibility of seeing some birds first hand.

Throughout the morning there will be food and drink service and, of course, there will also be live music.

It goes without saying that anyone who wants to can go by bike or on foot. In particular, as in previous years, the organization has enabled a space adapted to leave bicycles.

There will be no better plan than this to enjoy Sunday morning.

To access the mine there is no need to book in advance: tickets will be distributed on the same day (there are limited places).
